Honest comparison
EstimateBill compared with the invoice apps you are weighing up
EstimateBill is free with no document limit, needs no account and never uploads your data; every other app here asks you to sign up. It is also the simplest: no inventory, no staff logins, no e-invoicing, and in the current version GST prints as one line without the CGST/SGST split. If you need those, the apps below do them, and each page says which one fits.

The short version
- Shop or trader with stock and staff: Vyapar or myBillBook. Both do inventory and GST reports; EstimateBill does neither.

- You want invoicing to grow into accounting: Refrens, on its paid plans.
- International clients paying by card: Invoice Simple, if a monthly fee is fine.
- Tradesperson, freelancer or service business who quotes, does the job and bills from the phone, with no account and nothing uploaded: EstimateBill.
How we compared
Each competitor fact was read from that company's own website or Play Store listing on 19 September 2026, and the page it came from is linked beside it. Where a company does not say something, we write "not published" rather than guess. Our own column describes the app as it is in the stores today (version 1.0.0), not features we are still building. We left out star ratings and download counts because they change daily. The maker of EstimateBill wrote this, so treat it as one input; if anything is wrong, tell us.
See for yourself in a minute. EstimateBill is free, has no account to create, and works in airplane mode.
