EstimateBill is free, needs no account and keeps everything on the phone, but has no inventory or GST reports. A shop or trader billing GST customers will get more from myBillBook; a sole tradesperson sending quotes and invoices will not need it.

Where EstimateBill is the better choice
- Price. EstimateBill is free with no invoice cap; myBillBook's plans start at ₹3,490 a year after the trial.
- No account. myBillBook asks for a mobile number to log in; EstimateBill does not ask for anything.
- Offline by design. myBillBook makes no offline claim on the pages we could read; EstimateBill never needs a connection to make a document.

Which one should you use?
Pick myBillBook if you run a GST-registered shop or trading business, keep stock and work with a CA on your returns. Pick EstimateBill if your work is quotes and invoices for jobs, you are not filing from your billing app, and you do not want a subscription.
