Privacy Policy

EstimateBill is an offline invoicing and estimate app. The short version: your invoices, estimates, clients and business details are stored on your own phone or tablet. We do not run servers that hold them, and we cannot read them.

1. What stays on your device

Everything you enter in the app is written to your device's own app storage:

• Your business profile — name, address, logo, signature, tax registration number
• Clients — names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses
• Invoices, estimates, quotes, line items, saved items, amounts, tax rates and payment status
• The PDFs the app generates

None of this is transmitted to us. Deleting the app, or using Settings → Reset All Data, removes it from your device. Because it is only on your device, we cannot restore it for you — export a backup regularly and keep a copy somewhere safe.

2. What leaves your device, and only when you choose

• Sharing. When you send an invoice by WhatsApp, email or any other app, your operating system hands the PDF to the app you picked. What happens next is governed by that app's own privacy policy, not ours.
• Backups. If you export a JSON backup or CSV tax summary and save it to a cloud drive, that file is then subject to your cloud provider's terms.
• Device backups. If iCloud Backup or Android Backup is enabled on your device, your operating system may include the app's data in its own encrypted backup. That is a setting you control in your device settings.

3. Purchases

There are none. EstimateBill 1.0 is free, every feature is unlocked, and the app contains no in-app purchases and no subscription. Because nothing is sold, there is no payment processor, no purchase receipt and no third-party billing service involved — and so no data of any kind is shared with one.

If a paid tier is added in a future version, this policy will be updated before it ships and will name any processor involved.

4. Analytics and advertising

We do not include advertising SDKs, and we do not sell, rent or share your data with data brokers or ad networks. Apple and Google provide us with aggregate, anonymous store statistics — installs, crashes, country-level totals — which cannot identify you or your clients.

5. The free invoice generator on this website

The browser invoice generator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type are never sent to a server and are discarded when you close the tab. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Children

EstimateBill is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your rights

Because your business data never reaches us, the usual requests — access, correction, export, erasure — are things you carry out directly in the app: view and edit any record, export JSON or CSV, or reset all data.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and note the change in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
