Feature

Works with no internet. Keeps nothing on a server.

Every invoice, estimate and client record lives in your phone's own storage. There is no account to create, no password to lose, and no company — including us — holding a copy of who your customers are or what they paid you.

What "offline" actually means here

Not "syncs later". The invoice is built, the tax is calculated and the PDF is generated by your phone's own processor. Put the device in airplane mode on a site with no signal, in a basement, on a plane — the app behaves identically.

The only step that needs a connection is handing the finished PDF to WhatsApp or email, and that can wait until you have signal.

What is on the device and nowhere else

None of it is transmitted. There is no sync, no backup service, and no support tool that can read it. Why that matters more for invoices than for most data.

The honest trade-off

No server also means no recovery. If you lose the phone and have not exported a backup, the records are gone, and nobody can restore them for you.

That is a real cost and we would rather state it than bury it. The mitigation takes seconds — Settings, Export backup, send the file to yourself — and it is the same discipline any paper filing system needs. Moving to a new phone uses the same export.

Free, and not funded by ads

No advertising SDK, no analytics, no tracking, and no data sold to anyone. Invoices, estimates and clients are unlimited on the free tier.

What pays for it: free invoices carry a small "Made with EstimateBill" line at the foot of the PDF. That line is the entire marketing budget. Why an ad-funded finance app is a bad trade.

Free, unlimited, no account and no ads. Get EstimateBill or try the browser invoice generator first.
